How Orders Are Shipped

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our individual brand partners. Each brand manages their own packing and shipping to ensure products arrive safely and efficiently.

Multiple Items & Deliveries

If you purchase products from more than one brand, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.
This means you may receive multiple parcels at different times, depending on each brand’s processing and shipping timeframes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated per brand, not per order. If your cart includes items from multiple brands, separate shipping charges may apply for each brand. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
