Welcome to the International Athlete Representation Fundraiser - Jodie Mead - Woy Woy Swimming Club

Swimmer Jodie Mead, a member of Woy Woy Swimming Club was selected by Swimming Australia to attend the Junior Pan Pacific Championships at Vancouver in August this year.

This competition is held every 2 years and Jodie will be competing against swimmers from USA, Japan and Canada. It is a major stepping stone to becoming a senior member of the Australian Swimming Team, also known as a Dolphin. 

This will be Jodie's first time representing Australia in the pool and she has worked extremely hard competing against some of the best Junior swimmers Australia currently has to obtain her selection.
